I am resetting the password on AMCR but its not working on LMS.

Make sure to enter complete username on AMCR i.e. cnic@aiou.edu.pk (For RPs/Tutors) and registration number@aiou.edu.pk (For Students) while searching the user.

Step 1: Open amcr.aiou.edu.pk and login

Step 2: Click LMS Support >> Search User

Step 3: Write complete username in textbox and Click Search

Step 4: Once user data is loaded, click Change Password button to reset the password
