VERIFICATION OF TRANSCRIPT/DEGREE/CERTIFICATE

AUTHORIZED PERSON FOR VERIFICATION

1.     The controller of Examinations, Examinations Department-AIOU.

2.     Additional Controller of Examinations Department AIOU.

OVERSEAS STUDENTS FEE

1.       Verification Fee 100 Dollars for overseas AIOU students per copy per documents will be charged.

WITHIN COUNTRY STUDENTS FEE

1.      Rs.1000/- urgent fee and Rs.600/- normal fee for AIOU students per copy per documents within country will be charged.

TIME PERIOD FOR VERIFICATION

1.    Urgent verification on payment of urgent fee Rs.1000/- will receive before 11:00 am will verify the same day and after 11:00 will be verify the next day.

2.    Normal case verification time through dak, 45 days.

3.    Department case verification time is 45 days.

REQUIREMENT VERIFICATION DOCUMENT

            It is clearly mentioned that all photocopies of transcripts/degrees/certificates are require clearly readable in all respect AND IN SHAPE OF HARD COPIES. It is also mentioned that original fee receipt, application, transcript/degree/certificate original or photocopies will be required in shape of hard copies, please send all these documents through mail to the CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS, EXAMINATIONS DEPARTMENT, BLOCK NO.3 ROOM NO.09 ALLAMA IQBAL OPEN UNIVERSITY H-8, ISLAMABAD.

FOR CHECKING THE STATUS VERIFIED/UNVERIFIED STATUS OF APPLICATION/S

            As and when verification case/application received from students/departments/overseas Agency/offices, than the case will be show on the AIOU verification website i.e., http://verification.aiou.edu.pk/ .

            It is also informed that verification cases, received, verified and un-verified dispatched/pending/resolved status is available on the AIOU verification website i.e. http://verification.aiou.edu.pk/ .Please check the latest status of each case and if objection on the case than please clear objection/s and send the case deficiency to the University for verification.

However Students may also apply online using their CMS Service Requests option. All the instructions/steps of application is also available on CMS students' Service Requests Dashboard.
